For over 50 years, Razzano’s Salumeria e Latticini has been a part of the the Glen Cove community. Vincent Condello started off as an employee at the local Italian specialty market owned by Anthony Razzano. Surrounded by the familiarity, flavors and aromas of his native Calabria, Vincent found his passion and three short years later bought the business from Mr. Razzano.
Today, Razzano's is a great spot for fresh mozzarella (made on-site 4 times a day), house-made sausages, and their famous Sopressata.
The New York Times recommends their sandwiches. Members of Chowhound rave about the cheesy risotto ball, homemade octopus salad, prosciutto and the olives. The team here at Garvies Point recommends their catering platters.
